1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 red pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
3/4c. diced red onion
1 small can white shoepeg corn
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/3c. fresh lime juice
2- 3 tsp. cumin
fresh chopped cilantro, optional
splash of olive oil

Mix all ingredients, and serve with tortilla chips. So easy!
