Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-18.25oz. pkg. devil's food or chocolate fudge cake mix
1-3.9oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
4 large eggs
1c. sour cream
1/2c. warm water
1/2c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 12c. bundt or tube pan with vegetable oil spray, then dust with flour, shake out excess and set aside.
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in large mixing bowl. Blend with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, scraping down the bowl afterwards. Increase mixer speed to medium and beat 2 to 3 minutes more. The batter should look thick and well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips, and pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly pressed with your finger, and the cake just starts to pull away from the side of the pan. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes. Run a long sharp knife around the edge of the cake and invert the cake onto the rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar.
