12 packages of 12 hamburger buns 2 pounds carrots 1 bunch celery 5 or 6 large onions 3 or 4 eggs 3 or 4 pounds hamburger or ground chicken 1 small box poultry seasoning or 2 tablespoons sage Salt and Pepper to taste Dry parsley
Grind carrots, celery and onions. Mix all ingredients. Makes about 5 gallons.
