1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 c. frozen corn thawed and drained
4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chili powder

Directions:

Mix the beans, corn, peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a large bowl. Stir together the lime juice, oil, and chili powder and pour over the salad.
