3 large avocados
1 cup of white and yellow corn
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
Olive oil to taste
2 tbsp of red wine vinegar (optional)
4 garlic cloves, minced
juice of 1 lime
2 tsp of ground cumin
1tsp of chile powder
2 tbsp of fresh chopped oregano (optional)
2 tbsp of fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the avocado in a large bowl. Add everything else and mix. Cover and chill.

Note: To keep the avocado green leave the avocado pits in the chutney until ready to serve.
