Pastry for 1-crust 9-inch pie
3/4 cup half and half
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 cup (4oz) Kraft shredded natural Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon flour
4 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled

Directions:

Line miniature muffin pans with pastry. Combine half and half, eggs and seasonings; mix well. Toss cheese with flour; add cheese and bacon to egg mixture. Fill muffin shells two-thirds full with egg and cheese mixture. Bake at 325.
