8 oz. package refrigerated biscuits cut in quarters 1/2 cup butter 3 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
Arrange the cut biscuits in two 8 inch round baking dishes. Melt together the butter and the crumbled blue cheese. Pour mixture over the biscuit pieces, coating well. Bake at 400º for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
