1-13 1/2 ounce package of graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground all spice
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 8 oz. package chopped dates
1 8 oz. mixed chopped candied fruit
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In a large bowl combine ingredients, mix well. Using a 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 2 1/2 aluminum pan, pack down the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for two days. Let stand 2 hous at room temperature before serving.
Makes one eight inch loaf.
