Ingredients:
2 T. Corn Starch
2 C. Broth or Bouillon
2 T. Fat Dripping

Directions:
Directions:
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of fat dripping from roasting pan. Add broth ( chicken, turkey, beef or whatever you have) cook over medium heat stirring to loosen browned bits from bottom of pan. Remove from heat. Mix corn starch and 1/4 cup of cold water until smooth. Stir into pan of broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Return to medium heat, stirring constantly, bring to boil for about 1 minute.
NOTE: For thicker gravy increase fat and corn starch to 3 tablespoons each. For a richer flavor add a cube of bouillon to broth, but be sure to taste before adding salt, as most bouillon cubes contain salt.
