1 T. Black Pepper
4 tsp. Salt
3 T. coriander
3 T. Cumin
2 T. Fennel
2 T. Sugar
1 T. Sweet Paprika
1/2 to 1 tsp. Cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in spice mill, or electric coffee bean grinder that has not been used on coffee beans, blend to very fine powder. Rub a heavy amount into each chop. Cook in 1 T. oil. Also great on the grill.
