1 1/4 C. Flour
1 T. Baking Powder
1 T. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Post Grape-nuts Cereal
1 C. Fat Free Milk
1 Egg, slightly beaten
1/2 C. Chunky Applesauce
1/2 C. firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Raisins
2 T. Margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Mix cereal and milk in medium bowl, let stand 3 minutes. Stir in egg, applesauce, sugar and raisins and margarine. Add to flour mixture stir just till moistened. Spoon batter into muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
