1 pound veal scallopini slices, leg cut
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups tomato juice
1/4 pound sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly dredge the veal slices in flour. Heat oil in a large skillet. Brown veal slices on both sides. Pour tomato juice over all. Add mushrooms, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cover skillet and simmer for 15 minutes or until veal is tender.
