Dash of pepper
Dash of Worcestershire or whatever sauce you like
1 pkg. corn muffin mix

Directions:
Brown the beef, onion, and seasonings in a frying pan and then spread them about an inch thick in a 10" pie or cake tin. Add all the consommé if you want it very moist. Mix corn meal batter according to the directions. Spread the batter on top of meat mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.

Personal Notes:
This is quick, easy, and very filling. Sometimes I've not used all the consommé, such as when we are alone and don't need such a gravy-like serving. Use your own taste as a guide.
