1/3 c. flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 1/3 stick margarine or butter
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, margarine and nuts. Cream together and and put in bottom of cake pan and bake 350 for 20 min. Let cool. Use a 9 x 12 cake pan.
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar . Layer on the cooled crust.
Blend puddings with milk until thickened. Pour over cream cheese mixture and let set. Top with Cool Whip and grate a chocolate bar on top.
