1c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/4c. milk
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped
garlic powder to taste
shredded carrot (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, milk and celery seed until bubbles appear. Add celery and cabbage. Add garlic powder and carrot to taste. Add celery and cabbage.
Chill and enjoy.
