1 - 11 oz. can mandarin orange segments,
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple,
1 c cottage cheese,
1 - 9 oz cool whip,
2 sm pkg. strawberry jello - dry.
Coconut if desired.

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the oranges and crushed pineapple well. Cut up the oranges and add all the ingredients together, stirring until mixed well. Serve at once or chill.

This is a recipe that we served every holiday. It is fat free and sweet. Mom and Roger would 'fight' over it. She always had to have her many little 'dites' in a small cup.
