1 lb macaroni
16 oz cottage cheese
16 oz sour cream
Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 - 2 lb hamburg
Tomato sauce (I use Prego)
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and minced onion together and set aside while frying the hamburg. When the hamburg is cooked, add tomato sauce and Italian seasoning to it. Grease a large casserole dish and layer - macaroni, cheese mix, macaroni, hamburg sauce, macaroni, etc. End with hamburg sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parm. Cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 .
