Ingredients:
1 lb macaroni,
2 lb cracker barrel cheese, white extra sharp,
salt & pepper as needed
dab of butter,
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Shred cheese. In 2 qt. greased casserole, add a layer of macaroni, a layer of cheese, layering until both are gone and ending with a layer of cheese on top. Dot with butter (or use spray butter) and add enough milk to come half way up the dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn higher toward the end of the hour to crisp the top.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the recipe that Agnes used for Town Meeting dinner. I have omitted the salt and pepper and butter from my recipe because it has enough salt and butter in the cheese to satisfy me.
