1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp celery seed
1/4 c (or less) brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 c catsup
2 c water
Few drops of Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix. Simmer for 1/2 hour (or less if need be). To vary, grate 1 onion and mince 1 clove garlic, cook 5 minutes in butter and add to sauce. Add ribs or chicken to the sauce (or pour the sauce over the pan of meat) and bake or simmer until meat is done. Works great in a crock pot also.
