1 1/2 lb. broccoli
1 1/2 lb. cauliflower
1/4-1/2 cup purple onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 lb. crumbled bacon
2 T. cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Chill broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Add cheese, seeds, raisins and bacon just before adding the dressing. Mix dressing and toss into salad.
