2 medium carrot, cut in fine strips
3 large green onions, cut in 1" pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 lb spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrot strips in boiling water for 1 minute and drain. Set aside.

Combine soy sauce and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.

Break spaghetti in half and cook according to directions, drain. Combine spaghetti with soy sauce mixture and vegetables in large bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill thoroghly.

Note: You can substitute linguine for the spaghetti. You can grate the carrots instead of julieene them, but don't boil and drain the grated carrots.
