1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup liquid from canned pineapple
2 T. vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
3 cups cooked chicken
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup sliced green or red pepper
1/2 cup celery
1 cup drained pineapple chunks
2 cup rice
Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir into pineapple juice. Add vinegar and soy sauce. Boil, then reduce heat and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cooked chicken, onions, green peppers, pineapple and celery. Cook 5 minutes. (Don't overcook vegetables.) Serve on a bed of rice and top with chinese noodles.
