1 package of lean pork chops
3 carrots chopped
4-5 potatoes in chunks
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup red or green pepper
2 cans condensed tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan with cooking spray, brown both sides of pork chops, place in baking dish or this recipe works in the crock pot. Season chops with salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Chop
carrots, potatoes, onion and pepper. Take two cans of soup and thin with 1/2 cup water or 1/2 a can. Pour soup over vegetables and meat. Cook at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or cook on low in crock pot. Salt and pepper on top to taste.
