3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
tsp. salt
c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Frosting:
c. butter, softened
4 Tbsp. cocoa
4 Tbsp. milk
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand until the lumps are gone. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle if the cake comes out clean. Let cake cool and frost. To make frosting, combine ingredients and blend to consistency.
