2 9 " Pie Shells
1 lb. sausage (we like the hot)
2 tbs flour
1 can condensed mile
4 eggs
1 package shreaded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350.
Brown sausage in a skillet. Drain all the excess fat.
In a bowl, mix together the 4 eggs, 2 tbsp, and 1 can of condensed milk.
Divide the cooked sausage into the 2 pie shells evenly. Divide the egg mixture evenly (should be about 1 cup each) and pour over the meat in the pie shells. Split the shreaded cheese and spread on the pies. Carefully with a fork, blend some of the cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350.

For added variety, you can add onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and japelenos. It also is great to make the night before and heat up for breakfast on those early morning fishing days.
