1 lb. Velveeta cheese 3 oz. cream cheese 4 oz. can diced green chiles
Pat out Velveeta cheese between wax paper. Roll Velveeta into a rectangle, not too thin, about the length of the platter you will serve it on. Spread softened cream cheese that has been combined with diced chiles over Velveeta. Roll up into a log. Chill. Serve with Ritz or other type crackers.
