1 lb. roast, any kind. Can cut in chunks if you like
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast and onions in crock pot and cook until beef is tender. Two or three hours before serving, add the rest of the ingredients. Serve like tacos or use in enchiladas.
