1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
4T. paprika
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
salad greens
1 each roasted red and yellow pepper
cherry tomatoes halved
favorite salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasoning together. Press seasoning into both sides of chicken breasts. Brush both sides of chicken with oil and grill until done. Cool, cut into strips.
To serve, heap mixed salad greens on serving plate. Top with roasted red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes and chilled "blackened chicken strips". Serve with your favorite salad dressing and enjoy!
