1 lb. bulk sausage 2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls 1 pkg. frozen/refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes 6 eggs, beaten with a little milk Grated cheese to taste Fresh mushrooms
In a deep dish pizza pan, spread crescent rools to form a crust. Pat to seal seams. Fry sausage and drain. Put sausage on crust. Add layer of hash browns. Then carefully pour eggs over top. Add cheese and mushrooms. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
