12 flour tortillas
2 cups cherry or apple pie filling
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
ground cinnamon
sugar
chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Place tortillas on a work surface and spread pie filling down the center of each tortilla. Roll up the tortilla and place in a single layer in a greased 13x9x2 in baking pan. Combine sugar, water and butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring mixture to a boil. Pour over the filled tortillas and let this stand for 1 hour. It will absorb the sugar minture. Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
