20 vanilla wafers 2-8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese 2 cans pie filling 2 eggs 1 teas. vanilla 3/4 cup sugar
Line 20 muffin cups with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer on bottom of each. Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs. Beat until well blended. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 15 minutes @ 375º. Top with pie filling.
Can be frozen and filled with pie filling when ready for use. You can also add whipped topping if desired.
