3 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teas. soft margarine
1 teas. vanilla
1/4 teas. salt
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese, flour and margarine. Roll into a ball and chill 1 hour or overnight. Pinch out into balls and press into mini muffin tin with fingers working dough up to the top. Beat the egg. Add brown sugar and mix well. Add margarine, vanilla, salt and pecans. Put 1 tbsp. mixture into each cup. Bake @ 325 for 25 minutes.
