2 cups warm water
2 pkgs. yeast
3 teas. sugar
5 cups flour
3 teas salt
2 tbsp. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, yeast, sugar and 2 cups flour and let stand about 1 hour or until bubbly. Add the salt, oil and remaining flour and mix well. Let stand about 15 minutes then work. Let rise in bowl. Punch down. Make loaves and place in greased pans and let rise again. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.

I usually make rolls and bake them on a cookie sheet instead of making bread loaves.
