2 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
1 lb ground meat
1 can tomatoes
1 can rotel
1 can tomato paste
1 pkg. noodles (cooked)
1/2 lb. velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute bell pepper and onion in oil until tender. Add ground meat and cook until brown. Stir in the tomatoes, rotel and tomato paste. Cut cheese into thin slices. In a glass baking dish alternate layers of noodles, meat and cheese. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
