2 tbsp. oil 1/2 cup green bell pepper 1/2 cup onion 1 lb ground meat 1 can tomatoes 1 can rotel 1 can tomato paste 1 pkg. noodles (cooked) 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
Saute bell pepper and onion in oil until tender. Add ground meat and cook until brown. Stir in the tomatoes, rotel and tomato paste. Cut cheese into thin slices. In a glass baking dish alternate layers of noodles, meat and cheese. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
