1 can cream of chicken soup 1-1/2 cup water 8 chicken thighs 1 cup raw rice 1 cup shallets (chopped)
Grease glass casserole dish. Season chicken as desired and place in dish. Pour rice over chicken. Top with shallets. Mix soup and water and pour over chicken and rice. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
You can use whatever pieces of chicken you prefer.
