"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich
Use 1/2 pint wide mouth jars, and your favorite brownie recipe. Spray the jars with Pam. Fill 2/3 fill with brownie batter, bake in oven until done. Remove and immediately place hot lids (which have been sitting in hot water) and rings on top. After 7 minutes they start to seal. Will store for months in the pantry.
