3/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 T. water 2 c. chocolate chips 2 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/4 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt
Melt butter, brown sugar and water on stove. Add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Cool. Add eggs, flour, soda and salt. Mix and chill for 1 hour. Roll in balls and bake at 350º for 10 minutes. when cookies are warm, but not hot, spread ice cream in between two cookies. Wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap and freeze.
