1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, ground and cooked
16 oz. can refried beans
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. processed American cheese
1 lb. Mexican-flavored processed cheese
1 small onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low until heated through, about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
