1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. margarine
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. mint extract
1 c. mint chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and semi-sweet chips over low heat. Remove from heat when melted. Add the 3 eggs and beat in. Stir in the flour, sugar, mint extract, and soda. When well blended stir in the mint chocolate chips. Spread into a greased 13" x 9" pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes.

These are delicious, but then I am partial to mint. This dessert is easier to make if you have some of the ingredients measured out or ready to add when the melted chips come off the heat.
