pkg. Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets

FILLING:
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 T. sugar
2 T. orange juice
2 tsp. Grated orange peel
1 pint strawberries, cut in half
2 oranges, peeled, cut in half and sliced
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
c. orange marmalade, warmed

Thaw pastry sheet 30 min. Roll into 14 x 10 inch rectangle and place on baking sheet. Brush edges with water. Fold over inch on all sides and press firmly to form rim. Prick pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake 15 minutes, or until golden. Break air bubbles as it bakes.

Fillling:
Mix cream cheese, sugar, orange juice and peel. Spread on pastry. Top with fruit. Spoon marmalade over fruit. Serve immediately.
