30 small lunchbox apples
3 c. whipping cream
2 c. sugar
1 c. light colored corn syrup
c. dark brown sugar
3 T. butter
tsp. Vanilla
Sticks
Nuts
Chocolate
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix whipping cream, sugar, corn syrup, brown sugar, butter and vanilla and cook until caramel consistency. Roll apples in this. Then roll in chocolate sprinkles, coconut, nuts or whatever you like.
