Orange Roughy fish filets Mayonaise Old Bay Seasoning
Spread a thin layer of mayonaise on each filet. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Bake in a shallow pan with a small amount of water at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes - fish is done when flakes easily with a fork.
Basic but good! Feel free to ad-lib spices to taste.
