Pine nuts
1 small jar artichoke hearts, marinated and quartered
Sun dried tomatoes, marinated and cut
Red and green peppers, chopped
1 T. basil
2 T. garlic
Chicken, cooked and cut in pieces
1 or 2 T. olive oil
Spaghetti noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pinenuts at 400 for 8 - 10 minutes.
Lightly coat frying pan with olive oil. Add chicken, garlic and basil. Cook until warm. Add spaghetti noodles. At the last minute add all the rest of the ingredients and heat just until warm. Serve immediately.
