4 or 5 corn tortillas
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained OR
chicken, cooked and shredded
1/2 can black beans
1/2 can refried beans
1 can red or green enchilada sauce
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8 x 8 pan with Pam. Tear tortillas in strips and layer in bottom of pan. Pour enchilada sauce over this. Layer hamburger and beans over tortillas. Salt and Pepper. Maybe some onion if you'd like. Top with grated cheese. Cover with foil, tented, so as not to stick to cheese. Bake at 375 for about 35 minutes or until hot.
