1/3 c. butter
c. white sugar
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
tsp. Salt
tsp. Nutmeg
c. milk
1/2 cube butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat the butter, sugar and egg together. Add the rest of the ingredients one by one, beating after each.
Spray 12 muffin tins with Pam or grease. Divide mixture into tins. Bake 20-25 min. til golden. Melt cube butter. Dip tops of muffins in butter, then roll in a cinnamon sugar mix.
