7 lbs. pears
5 lbs. sugar
32 oz. crushed pineapple
juice of 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Peal and grind pears. Cook pears and sugar until tender. Add crushed pineapple and lemon juice and cook until syrup is thick and amber color. Pack in clean jars and seal.
