6 or 8 yellow squash 6 ears fresh corn-- cut corn off cob 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped salt and pepper and chili powder-- to taste
In large pot, saute onion and bell pepper in small amount of margarine and add in squash and corn. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook till tender. Add chile powder at the end for that little extra flavor.
