1 lb. crab meat
6 slices bread
1/4 lb margarine or 1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion greens or parsley
1/2 cup green pepper chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic to taste - chopped
1 cup evaporated milk
1/3 tsp. worchestershire sauce

Saute onions, celery, garlic in margarine. Add worchestershire sauce, crab meat and season. Cook over medium heat for 15 min. stirring constantly, Add onion tops, then add bread that has been soaked in milk and eggs. Mix well. Stuff shells with mixture then sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 375 for 10 min.
