2 lbs ground beef
salt and pepper to taste and a pinch of brown sugar
1/4 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (16 oz) macaroni - long thin type
1 pkg. (4 oz) velvetta or American cheese
1 pkg. (4 oz) Monterry Jack cheese w/ jalaepenos

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Cook macaroni and drain. Add cream soup, then layer beef and macaroni mixture and cheese in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
