Split Breast with ribs.

Directions:
Directions:
Separate skin from meat (index finger under skin). Pour (shake) Hot Sauce (Tabasco, Crystal, etc.) under skin. Salt and pepper on top of skin )paprika if you like).
Bake at 350 until done(30 to 45 minutes)
Better cooked on BBQ Pit (ribs down, don't turn).
